Please note that the Medium Sauna Cabin will not open until 8.00am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The Hot Sauna Cabin will not open until 8.00am on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays.

Womens Only Sauna/Steam Room Sessions - Wednesday 3.30pm - 10.00pm and Saturday 1.00pm - 6.00pm

The Steam Room will not open until 8.00am from Monday to Saturday 

There will be a 20p non-refundable charge for use of lockers. A £1 refundable key deposit will be required when using the lockers.

The capacity of the Splash Pool is limited for health & safety reasons during busy times. Please refer to timetable for session times
