The InSpire Swim School - Swimming Lessons
Bring your children to learn to swim in the only Olympic pool in the Midlands and Warwickshire!!!
The InSpire Swim School offers a full programme of swimming lessons throughout the year for adults and children aged from six months upwards at four Coventry Sports Trust managed facilities.
Our swimming lessons run 7 days a week 50 weeks a year and follow the ASA's National Plan for teaching swimming with ASA badges and certificates available at each level. All of our swimming teachers hold an ASA Lvele 1 or 2 swimming instructor qualification or equivalent; RLSS Pool Lifeguarding and attend regular training. All lessons are 30 minutes, except for Levels 8 and over which are 45 minutes.

Prices for 10 week courses
Standard 30 minute lesson (Level 1 - 7) - £36.50 or £27.00 with a Passport to Leisure Card
45 minute lesson (Level 8 & above) - £48.00 or £32.00 with a Passport to Leisure Card
Beginners Offer - First Course Only - For Stages 1 & 2 Only - £25.00
Terms and Conditions
Refunds for swimming lessons will only be considered under exceptional circumstances; for example, where a pupil suffers a substantial period of illness or hospitalisation which can be supported by medical evidence. Requests must be made in writing to the Swimming Manager who will consider each case based upon its individual merits. Letters should provide a detailed explanation of the circumstances surrounding the pupil's inability to attend lessons and must be accompanied by medical evidence wherever possible.
Parent & Toddler Daytime Lessons
Running on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
£36.50 for ten weeks or £27.00 with Passport To Leisure Card

Your first visit
Please ensure your child attends all classes where possible as we cannot credit or refund any that are missed. If your child is unwell or has any of the following they should not swim: chest or ear infection, heavy cold, open sores, head lice or skin complaints. Lesson time is valuable, so please do not distract your teacher. If you have any quieries or questions regarding any aspect of your child's swimming lessons please telephone the Development Office on 024 7625 2523.

Adult Swimming Lessons @ Coventry Sports & Leisure Centre
(Drop in sessions for Beginners & Improvers 1 teacher on poolside, aimed at all levels. In these lessons, you will be taught water confidence/strokes that are suitable to your level)
Tuesday 12pm - 12.45pm
£5.20 or £3.90 with Passport to Leisure Card
(Nervous Adults Beginners course - 2 teachers - one in the water, lessons aimed at beginners/nervous adults)
Thursday 12pm - 12.45pm & 6.00pm - 6.45pm
£48.00 or £32.00 with Passport to Leisure Card
Adult Improvers - 1 teacher on poolside, aimed at improving your strokes (10 week courses book-able)
Thursday 6.45pm - 7.30pm

Casual Swimming @ Coventry Sports & Leisure Centre
Come along and get fit in the 28 or 50 metre Swimfit lanes or just have fun in a casual swimming sessions. Our diving boards are unique in Coventry so why not come along and take advantage of the 1, 3, and 5metre boards which are open for use at specified times.
There is a huge range of fun filled water features with something for all the family in the Splash Pool - Waterfall Slide - Whirlpool Rapid Ride (non swimmers should not use this feature) - Jet Stream (for competent swimmers only) - Bubble Bath (for over 16's) - Mushroom Fountain - Whizz Slide.
There are changing facilities for each pool with separate space provided for males, females, families, groups and people with disabilities. Lockers need a £1.00 coin which is returned after use.

Casual Swimming @ Foleshill Sports & Leisure Centre
Start your day with an Early Bird session or get fit or just have fun in any of our later public swimming sessions. There is something for everyone with Ladies only, Adult and Child, Family and Aquafit sessions running throughout the week. There are changing facilities for each pool with separate space provided for males, females, families, groups and people with disabilities. Lockers need a £1 coin which is returned after use.

Please check our Swimming Admissions Policy before your visit. Children aged four years and under must be supervised on a one to one basis at all times (one adult for one child)
Children aged five, six and seven can be supervised on a one to two basis. (one adult for two children)
All children under the age of eight must be supervised by a responsible adult aged at least 16 years
