SHOKK Youth Gym
Moat House is now the NEW home of Coventry Sports Trusts Shokk Gym equipment! Shokk is a youth gym with dedicated equipment designed purposely for 8 to 16 years old. Treadmills, cross trainers and water rowers, resistance machines that train all muscle groups. Children will learn how to exercise correctly and safely while improving their overall fitness levels.
- The Shokk gym can complement other sports in school from Football to swimming
- Opening times are 4pm - 7pm Mon, Wed, Fri and 10am - 2pm Sat
- All children receive a gym induction and program when they first start
- The Shokk gym is always fully supervised by a gym instructor
- There will also be circuit training and multi sports in the sports hall in some sessions
- There are different challenges with prizes throughout the year for Easter, Xmas etc.
The prices all monthly are £13.50 DD, £15.45 Cash (both £10 joining fee) or £10.35 DD (no joining fee) as a junior add on to an adult membership.
After-school Activities
Sports Academy provides a structured coaching session in a safe clean welcoming environment. Courses follow the national governing bodies awards schemes and are taken by fully qualified coaches.

Football Programme
Quality Coaching/Football Skill Enhancement/Skill Competitions/Small Sided Games/Tournaments in association with 'Football Foundation' and Coventry City Football Club.
Tuesday and Thursday
4.00pm - 5.00pm (Year 1 - Year 3)
5.00pm - 6.00pm (Year 4 - Year 7)
Children's Holiday Activities
Every holiday we provide the local community with lots of different activities to enjoy over the summer ranging from full day camps to sport taster sessions there is never a dull day here at Moat House Leisure and Neighbourhood Centre.
Crèche
Our crèche is aimed at providing quality child care ensuring that parents can exercise, work or play while we educate, inform and entertain their child.
Creche opening hours:
Mon to Fri 9:15am - 11:15am / 11:15am to 1:15pm
Saturday 9:45am - 12:15pm
Children's Birthday Parties
Parties we hold at our centre include sports, bouncy castle and lots more. We can provide a party leader, eating facilities and above all we clean up the mess!
