We are searching for an energetic and enthusiastic person to work front of house; you will form part of the reception team delivering exceptional customer service ensuring that our customer’s first impression of the organisation is a positive one.
The successful applicant will possess strong interpersonal skills both written, on the telephone and face to face, providing the first point of contact for all internal and external customers. Some duties of this role include telephone calls, bookings, administration and promoting our facilities. You will also be familiar in the use of a computer.
Excellent customer service skills, problem solving and good attention to detail are required in this role, as well as the ability to work independently.

Hours: 16 per week
Rate: £7.12 - £7.20
