The Arena Health and Fitness Club opened its doors in March 2006 after a £1.2 million fit-out.
The fitness centre boasts more than 100 fitness stations.
The Club really is something special, not only are there over 100 stations and a free weights area and panoramic views, you can also take the steps down and use the jogging track around the pitch. It's floodlit at night so jogging couldn't be safer.
What's more, there is a full programme of exercise classes, a relaxation area fitted with sauna, steam room and Monsoon shower and a full range of treatments and therapies.
Another unique feature of the development is the first ever dedicated youth gym in the West Midlands - which includes 23 pieces of specialist equipment specifically for eight to 16 year olds.
