SWIMMING ADMISSIONS POLICY (all sites)

To ensure our customers are safe in our pools we have a set of guidelines we would ask you to follow:

  • Babies must be at least 5 months old and have had all the relevant innoculations.
  • Children under 8 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over and must be responsible for them in and out of the water at all times.

Coventry's Olympic Pool -

  • One adult is allowed to be responsible for two children aged 5, 6 or 7 years of age.

Coventry's Splashpool/Paddling Pool -

  • Adults are allowed to be responsible for a maximum of two children unless they are aged 4 years and under, then it is one adult to one child.

Foleshill's Swimming Pools -

  • All children under the age of 8 yrs must be accompanied by a responsible adult who is 18 yrs and over.
  • Children aged 4 yrs and under one adult to one child
  • Children aged 5, 6, 7 yrs two children to one Adult
  • Dress Code - please do not wear cut off denims, diving masks, snorkels, flippers or fins, glass lensed spectacles, or loose items of jewellery.
  • Admission to all pools will be refused to people under the influence of alcohol or drugs, people previously forbidden entry for breaking pool rules, theft or vandalism.
  • If you have a medical condition, please seek prior approval from your doctor before your visit.

Customers are requested to check the water depth signs before using the pools.

 

PASSPORT TO LEISURE & LEARNING SCHEME (Coventry Sports Trust)

Coventry Sports Trust operate a Passport to Leisure & Learning (PTLL) pricing scheme. If you claim benefit you are entitled to a PTLL card which will give you discounts at our facilities.

You can obtain your PTLL card at Coventry Sports & Leisure Centre and Foleshill Sports & Leisure Centre receptions. We do not issue Child PTLL; these can be otained from the Main Post Office now located at WH Smiths or Post Office in Co-op Corporation St. Please note all children must have their own PTLL to qualify for any discounts and cannot do them through their parents/guardians passport

Please note that we do not accept PTLL at either Foxford or Tile Hill Wood Leisure Centres.

MINICOM / HEARING LOOP at Coventry Sports & Leisure Centre

For those with a hearing impairment you can contact the Coventry Sports Trust for further details by calling the minicom number on (024) 7625 2527.

A hearing loop is installed at reception to assist you on your visit. Please enquire at the reception point which displays the hearing loop sign.
