Start the day with an Early Bird session, get fit or just have fun in any of our later public swimming sessions. There is something for everyone with 'Ladies only' and 'Aquafit' sessions running throughout the week (please see 'timetables' for more information), and the fully equipped 40 station Arena Fitness Gym with the latest cardio-vascular and weights machines, provides excellent opportunities for personal fitness.

Activities on offer at Foleshill include:

The following facilities are available for hire on a block booking basis:

With effect from Wednesday 28th September, the Wednesday and Thursday night Aquafit classes will now run from 6.15pm - 7.00pm instead of 6.00pm - 6.45pm.

The Monday class will continue as usual at 6.00pm - 6.45pm.

AquaNatal Classes at Foleshill

Foleshill Sports & Leisure Centre are pleased to announce that we are running Aqua natal Classes on Mondays at 12.00pm - 12.45pm with Kirsty (Starting on 24th January)

Aquanatal is a wonderful form of safe exercise during and after pregnancy.
These sessions will help you to feel good about yourself and will give you an opportunity to make new friends.

The buoyancy in the water gives you support and allows an increased range of movement.
Meet other Mums-to-be.

Enjoy the soothing effects and cool comforts of water which offers effortless resistance for deep stretches & gentle toning.

Prices are £4 or £3 with a valid PTLL (Passport To Leisure & Learning)
