We welcome your feedback and comments about the Coventry Sports Trust. We are always looking at ways to improve the service to the customer.

The dates for 2008 customer forums are as follows :

• Monday 25th February 2008 at 6.30pm
• Monday 2nd June 2008 at 6.30pm
• Monday 29th September 2008 at 6.30pm

Please come along with your suggestions on how we can improve.

If you have any queries, would like to make a comment/suggestion, or  would like to receive further information about any of our activities please fill in this form and submit once completed.

You will then receive an initial response within 3 working days. A more in depth response will then follow if necessary.
