Our NEW RPM Express classes (Spin bikes) have been launched as of Monday 9th January at Coventry Sports & Leisure Centre and will be at the following times:
Monday - 7.30am / 11.30am / 6.30pm
Tuesday - 7.30am & 6.30pm
Wednesday - 7.30am / 11.30am / 6.30pm
Saturday - 10am
The ARENA Health & Fitness Gym provides a comprehensive opportunity to improve personal fitness while the 28 metre and 50 metre Swimfit lanes complement individual training programmes.
The Main Hall accomodates courts for a variety of racquet sports, five-a-side football and table tennis is available in the Activity Gallery.

Coventry Indoor Bowls Club
From September to April the largest indoor bowls centre in Coventry is open to the public and is run by the City of Coventry Bowls Club.

Health Equality Lifestyle Plan (HELP) is Coventry's community based cardiac rehabilitation (rehab) programme designed for people with heart disease. The HELP programme hosts a number of healthy heart projects at Coventry Sports & Leisure Centre, and was initially aided by lottery funding. HELP runs a hugely popular cardiac rehabilitation exercise programme for those early in their recovery following a heart attack or other heart problem.
