Please note that we operate a peak/off-peak system for both gym entry and group exercise classes. Peak time is 4.00pm onwards during the week, and off-peak starts at 12.30pm at the weekends. (Last entry to the gym is 3.30pm during the week for off-peak times.)

The fully equipped gym with cardio-vascular and weights machines, provides excellent opportunities for personal fitness and you can start your day with an Early Bird swim session, get fit or just have fun in any of our later public swimming sessions.

Moathouse Leisure and Neighbourhood Centre

Not only is this Coventry's newest gym, it is also a superb, high quality facility, which will be offering cardio, strength and free weights. This stunning 40 station air conditioned fitness suite has the latest fitness equipment, audio visual and music systems and the friendly and experienced gym instructors will be providing the ultimate exercise environment.

The SHOKK Gym at the Ricoh Arena

Designed specifically for eight to 16 year olds, this fun and funky workout equipment is closely monitored by our highly qualified staff.

This fantastic youth gym is the first of its kind in the City and it is proving to be a massive hit with Coventry youngsters especially when they can jog around Coventry City Football Club's 'Field of Dreams'.

Whatever your child's age or fitness level, we will provide the right programme specifically designed to get them fit while having fun and the exceptionally low cost junior membership offers real value for money.

Coventry and Foleshill Sports & Leisure Centres

The ARENA Health & Fitness gyms at Coventry and Foleshill cater for 11 - 16 year olds in the main gym areas.  Whatever their age or fitness level, personalised training schedules will be provided. The exceptionally low cost junior membership offers use of both gyms and also the gym at the ARENA Health & Fitness Club at the Ricoh Arena. This fantastic membership also includes use of the swimming pools at Coventry and Foleshill Sports & Leisure Centres.

‘Prime Time Fitness' classes offer tailored exercise for our more mature customers who require a gentle workout, to increase mobility and flexibility while our beginner's Yoga class promotes good breathing and deep relaxation. This class helps to restore flexibility, energy, calm and a sense of well-being.

Dance classes are incredibly popular so come and have a go at Tap Dancing or Line Dancing. You don't need a partner, so this is a great way to make new friends and keep fit at the same time.
